We're going there in a few monthsIt's our first visit to Capiz and we'd like to tour a little bitWe're pretty excited about it! I'll have my parents with me (they're in their 80s) so I know it will be a quiet tripWe're looking for a hotel or pension house that has rooms on ground level or has a reliable elevator because my parents can't manage stairs very wellI've done a lot of searching on the internet and am apprehensive because some reviews mention bed bugs (surot) in some hotels! Yikes! Thanks in advance for your input.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are good:)
apples, bran cerial, anything whole wheat, leafy greens
Prunes, beans, carrots, brans, wheat germ, broccoli
rice muffins(they have flavors for carmel to chocolate, to ranch)popcorn(no butter, yet butter flavored pam and salt) guffawing cow cheeses(35 cals a slice) end result and greens for sure almond milk(has 0.5 the quantity of fat unfastened milk,merely no longer as lots protein, yet lots creamier) pirates booty(oh so good) cottage cheese
better go an expensive hotel but good quality one to avoid bugs .
