Answer:

A CPU is a small piece of electronics about one square inch with no moving parts and absolutely no way of making any noise, so no, your CPU is not beeping. However, the beeping from your computer probably means that you have damaged the circuit board on your keyboard, so you'll have to look for a new one.
Keyboard circuit fried. Yup i eventually tested this before (pouring some water on the keyboard purposely and got the same beep. Change to a new keyboard.
I just cant resist. A Central Processing Unit (CPU) cant beep. The beep is most likely coming from your motherboard and is caused by the BIOS recognising that your keyboard is stuffed. If you buy a new keyboard and plug it in your troubles will be over. Keyboards are way cheap these days if you're just wanting a standard functional one.
If this is staggering once you start up up the computing gadget, this is in all probability some thing to do with the BIOS, reminiscence, and much less in all probability between the peripherals interior the computing gadget. particularly cases this is fastened by removing the BIOS battery for a jiffy with the means disconnected. this might clean all the motherboards hardware settings, and you will in all probability merely ought to set the time once you plug all of it back in. additionally, try removing each and every of the reminiscence DIMMs in succession. in case you merely have one, flow it to a diverse slot.
