I need to replace my current attic insulation (it has compacted over many years) with something that works betterFrom my research, a loose fill 12quot; or so should do the trickI also am considering putting up a radiant barrier along the inside of the roofIs there any danger of putting plywood boards over the new insulation or could it actually help with heating/cooling costs? I understand that the electrical wiring ceiling wiring will be covered so if there is ever a problem the boards would have to come upAny other pros and cons? Thanks.
Just like anything, it is bad if consumed in very high quantitiesA normal sized adult would have to drink 25 sodas in one day to get anywhere near a harmful amount of aspartame in their systemThat's according to the FDA.
I've also heard it's bad for you and was surprised when I found it in Yoplait Light yogurtI tend to try to stay away from it, simply because it doesn't taste good, but also because I've heard it's bad for youI don't think there have been any conclusive studies, and everyone's body reacts to it differently, but personally, I try to stay away from it when possible.
geez~ i consume fiber one cereal-the person who has fifty seven% of your every day fiberi dont suppose it's dangerous for youconsume what you desire simply consume shrewdand i suppose if individuals mentioned that water used to be dangerous for you, you might give up ingesting that, too?
It is part of a eugenics programPoison as many people as you can just a little at a time and they will die early, have less kids, not drain medicare, etcUnless you think that everything gives us Cancer on accidentI've noticed a lot of people always use the argument that everything is good in small doses and it would take X amount a day to hurt youThey are right except that argument leaves out cumulative effects of poisons like aspartameOne a day for a year has the same effect as if you drank 30 in one dayYes your body can handle stuff in small doses but the problem nowadays is that all of us are getting larger doses than our body can handle and it accumulatesIf it was just Aspartame in cereal we would be fine but there are literally dozens of different poisons in just about all food we buy and it all adds up and isn't there on accident.
Loose fill insulation may not be your choice if you plan on putting down plywoodSince the plywood would require you to compact the air space out of the loose fill, eliminating it's effectivenessYou might look at alternate insulating products, including foam boardInstalling a radiant barrier is a good ideaBut this would need to be placed on the roof deck, not the top of the joist framing where the insulation is usually placedIt's usually difficult to impossible to place this from the attic sideThe only other practical method to do it would be to wait until you need to replace the shingles, and add radiant barrier roof deck to that job.
