I need to figure a way to make plastic so i can make 6 10 inch rectangular tubes.I have 5 bucks in my pocket and no job. just a hobby which i hope can make me money and be my job. since my town is 1.5miles long and has nothing here.
You can't make true plastic, but you can buy various plastics that can be shaped or even find some of them around the house. Some of those would be polymer clay (a raw-plastic clay like Premo, Fimo, etc), and thermplastics like ShapeLock or Polymorph or Friendly Plastic or sheets of medical plastic for making casts/etc, or you could soften other kinds of plastic so that they could be bent into tubes or other shapes. Why don't you come back with more info about exactly what you want to make, how wide the tubes need to be and how thick, how strong, how smooth, etc.,etc.
I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I have to say it. Plastic is made with chemical processes and heat; those processes need special conditions that you can't duplicate in a house or apartment. The heat especially produces fumes that are *toxic.* Please, please don't do this. It's not safe.
sorry to tell you this, but poor men don't make plastic! It is a complicated process involving chemicals and equipment and training. You don't have any of that... so you are not going to be able to make any plastic. You will have to convince someone in the plastics business to make a few of these prototypes so that you can market them. After that, you can get a contract with this firm to make hundreds of thousands of these plastic tubes -- they will be happy, you will be happy. But until then -- you can't do it.
