Question:

Power of attorney and bank accounts?

If I give someone power of attorney to my banking and other financial institutions, can I specify what accounts that person has access to. I only want my power of attorney to have access to certain bank accounts, not all of my bank accounts. Is there any way to do that?

Answer:

Absolutely. You should never give someone an open, unrestricted power of attorney. The power of attorney should specifically list what accounts and what kinds of things you are permitting the person to do.
yes everything should be spelled out on the form and notarized at time of signature. don't forget to include the last f digits of their social for identification purposes after their name on the contract.
first thing, you should not give any kind of power of attorney for the banking accouts and financial records!!! It will harm your reputation and wealth.!!!
