I'm filling out a power of attorney and not sure what to put in the Capacity portion. Can someone tell me what the capacity means? :)
Capacity is what title you hold, is this in the capacity of a Trustee, What/
Capacity is what you are allowing or authorizing the person as power of attorney to do on your behalf. Personally, I would not give power of attorney over my Bank Account and I would have a Contingency in place to revoke power of attorney at anytime and at your discretion.
