What is the best collage to go to for preforming arts and voice acting?
There are so many that voice acting needs to be better defined. Do you want to do voice-overs? legitimate stage? musicals? I'm just not sure what voice acting is

It sounds like you want to do voices for cartoons. What I would suggest is to go explore and look into the schools in hollywood. I have looked into this kind of stuff and hollywood does have some schools for doing voices for movies. But if you want to be on stage or in a movie as a real person character, they are right. Julliard is certainly THE best. But there is also NYU and many other schools in NYC and other places. You just have to look into it. GOOD LUCK!! Have fun achieving your dream! :)
