Wylie is exactly correct. a 3/16 bit will do the trick. once you drill out the hole, the tumblers will all fall apart, allowing you to turn the lock with a flat screwdriver Then, once opended, a pliers can turn the lock nut on the inside, to remove the lock Replacements are at a good hardware store, or check online. A locksmith will cost $80 or more
if standard water pressure with two hoses you can count on about 8 hours
