Hi All,The property is a triplex rented out to tenantsThe house is more than 100 years old (!) External brick is coming out from one of the back corners of the external wallThe property is wood frame, brick is external cosmetic layer around the entire houseI wanted to ask if the most cost effective way to fix this efficiently is vinyl and what exactly does it include(?) if you can describe the process (i.eshould an insulation layer be put as well, estimated cost for 30 square feet/3 square meters, etc.) that would be highly appreciated.I can contact a mason for actually putting new brick back there but understand this option can be very expensive – around $5,000 instead of around $500(?) for vinyl solution(?)THANKS,Neil
