Question:

Prunes are not very high in fiber so why do they make your bowels move so easily?

i've been experimenting with many diets lately, and high fiber foods seem very beneficial but i'm wondering what the deal with prunes iscalorie limitation seems good too, but it's much more difficult

Answer:

Aluminum feels colder, of courseBut the aluminum and the wood are at exactly the same temperatureThe perception of coldness is due to the fact that your body, as a good thermal machine that it is, is hotter than the room temperatureThermal conductivity in the aluminum is higher and thus more heat is drawn from your body when you touch it and, hence, the body perception of coldness.
1) It will be aluminum, because its a better conductor2) Net Energy of system Work done on it - Work done by it E(net) 100 - 200 - 100 J Yes the internal energy of system will be reduced by 100 J.
Prunes are actually high in fiber, but it's the Sorbitol (sugar) that helps loosens the bowels.
