Question:

PS3 to PC with LCD/LED Monitor?

How do I connect my PS3 to my PC? Also, if I buy a new LCD/LED monitor that supports nVidia 3D vision, is it possible for me to play PS3 games in 3D vision too? Will it be worth it?Do you think it's better if I buy a new TV instead?

Answer:

In my experience playing PS3 games on my own and with friends, HDTV is better for a smaller screen around 24+ and lcd/led are better for much larger screens (like family room 40+). Although just take this as an opinion as I'm young and have know technical knowledge.

If you want to use a monitor as a display for a PS3, you do not connect the PS3 to a PC. You connect the PS3 directly to the monitor. The PS3's HDMI port is designed to work best with 1080p HDCP-compliant monitors, such as those equipped with an HDMI jack. So make sure the monitor you buy is 1080p full HD and is equipped with HDMI.
