Can an elderly disabled person use an evacuation chair to routinely enter a home with a lot of stairs (opposite of evacuation!) using an evacuation chair instead of a wheelchair ramp? I am thinking no, that it is unsafe. Would love professional opinion or input of any kind. Thanks.
