if both sides of the connector fit into the apple product how will it connect to the usb port on the computer ? is it meant to fit both if so then its just a standard usb right ?
Only one side of the cable will fit into the Apple product and that is the new Lightning connector end of it, which replaces the 30-pin connector found on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod since 2003. The other end of the cable is a normal USB 2 connector.
