As mentioned above, I have a question about Bar's Leaks Liquid Copper and Liquid Aluminum radiator stop leaks.Has anyone had any experience with either of these products? If so, how did they work? How permanent is the fix they provide? Thanks for any input!

The only stop leak type product I would ever recommend is the ground aluminum that's packaged ina clear plastic tubeI don't recall the brand name but any of the DRY products that are made up of only finely ground aluminum work great and will not clog your cooling systemI've personally used these for years and they work well with no side effectsIn some cases, you may need to add another tube of the ground aluminum to take care of the leak, but my experience has been that they work well, and last a long timeThere are limits to the leaks than can be fixed using this stuff, but short of bullet holes, they will fix the leak and last a long time.
