The really really tall ones you see next to skyscrapersHow do they assemble them? I thought that maybe they use another crane, but then how did they assemble that crane? Some of them are really, really tallTry to remember what one looks likeThey have long hollow necks with a top section where the driver sits that stretches long horizontally.

If you feel uncomfortable, you could try a laxativeI find milk of magnesium to be really gentle and the best laxative I have tried, it really softens everything up and forces it outYou could do that to clear out, then keep on drinking the water and eating well to hopefully keep everything moving Always follow the directions on the bottle, though.
pls do not rely on laxative, unless is from a doctor advice for very short term use because your bowel will become lazy will not work normal without it in the future meaning u will be becoming more depend on it which is not healthytry to eat more high fiber foods like nuts ( if you are not allergy to it), beans, bran cereal , oats, but these food are very gassy, if u feel bloated , drink peppermint tea, it really help to relaxed your bowel from gassy cramp and bloatedfor my own experience these foods that i mentioned are really powerful fiber to get me going smoothlyand don't strain , if nothing comes out get out of the toilet try again if you have the urge to move your bowelperhaps stop taking dairy products like milkbecause for certain people milk can cause diarrhoea for lactose intolerant, but for some people its will cause contipation and small painful mushy stools which have the feeling of incompleteif systoms get worse, better see your doctor.
It seems like you need a stool softenerTry asking a doctor what they recommend because since I am not a doctor, I wouldn't want to tell you to take something that is actually the wrong thing for youI strongly suggest a stool softener for the pain of it though.
