Ok so here is the deal i weigh 126 pounds and only 5 foot but i'm normal size.I run 4 miles a night.But my stomach doesn't slim down and i;m not losing weight.But how can i get my stomach flat.
I'd suggest wrapping in foil and putting in oven, or if it's sauced, on the stove top in a potPersonally, I do not care for pork reheated in the microwaveI'm not sure why, but it makes the fat taste funky.
Try mixing up your cardioTry something other than running, or vary your runningIt sounds like your body is just stuck in a rutAlso, if you weight train too, your body will be stronger and then burn more calories when you do cardio.
the best way to do that is by using low heat and a frying pan with a small amount of EVOO, (extra virg olive oil), give it about 3-6 minsand dont forget to stir it around some .
