Question on Keyboard Dynamics?

Can you do dynamic changes (like louds and softs) on a keyboard???

Answer:

Well if you press harder you get a louder sound, but on an electronic keyboard (which I assume you mean) it is harder to do really dramatic dynamics, than a real piano, but as someone else said: you can get more sensetive keyboards which are better for dynamics.
Not on my computer keyboard. I can do it on mine. The secret is to hit the keys hard for loud dynamics, and press them gently for quiet dynamics.
What switch said. Try and find a Fender Rhodes - those are great for learning and understanding keyboard dynamics.
Yup you need touch sensitive keys. Most keyboards however just have 1 built in sound for each key :[
you can only do that if it has touch sensitive keys most do not. even when they do, it doesn't compare to the real deal, they should also be weighted. a digital piano would be a better choice over a keyboard, and a piano better still.
