In my quot;gamesfolder on my SD card, there are all the folders of my games. Inside these folders are the ISO files or the games, and a quot;sysfolder which contains stuff like a boot.bin. Do I need to get rid of this quot;sysfolder or any of it's contents in order to play my games?

By okorder / If you have all of these set, then the only other thing that I can think of is that you have GameCube games filtered out. To display them, go to the ribbon at the top of the screen and choose the 4th icon from the left. This will give you check boxes to enable or disable content based on type (Wii games, GX games, channels installed in NAND, channels available from HBC, etc.) Make sure GameCube games are checked. And if all that still doesn't work, look for the global CFG file for USB Loader GX and delete it to force everything from being reset to the default and try everything over again.
