Raleigh vintage road bikes?

I have a Raleigh road bikeMy neighbor gave it to me but he doesn't know much about it except for he's had it for around 30 yearsThe bike is black with a bit of polished aluminumIt has Raleigh all over it and Racing USA as wellThere are also numbers on it, 555Does anyone know know anything about this type of bike in particular? I wanted to use it but it's way too tall for meI may consider selling itWhat should I consider before putting it up for sale? It's in awesome shape for the exception of the inner tubesThanks

Put some new inner tubes in it, measure the frame size, take some good photos post it on craigslistFor bigger better photos, you can link the HTML code on photobucket to craigslistFrame size is measured from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post tube - not the seat itself, the top of the tube.
