We are leaning towards Ceramic wood looking tiles as an option. On the other hand I know for a fact hardwood flooring has a greater resale value for a property. Having said that we have a dog and I know all the maintenance and cost on wood floors. We visited model houses with ceramic wood floors and it looked liked real hardwood only cold to the touch. So ceramic is more of an option for us but I just don‘t know what today‘s resale value for ceramic wood flooring. Either wood or ceramic both would be handscraped surface. Thanks
If you're going to maintain this condominium for 5 years, do what you love when you consider that you cannot predict the customer's desires. Or the purchaser will change the whole lot on account that they introduced this kind of giant residence, could also be they don’t mind to spend more to make it as their dream residence. Listed here are my opinions: 1. Ceramic tile - For definite to have ceramic in the kitchen and bathrooms. When you decide upon the style, try one-of-a-kind angles or pattern, considering it looks totally exceptional and it might surprise you. I noticed a photograph on magazine which uses the ceramic for a massive dwelling room with a designated pattern, which turns out very first-class too. 2. Carpet - If i am the buyer, for certain i'll alternate the carpet irrespective of how high priced it was once, or how clean it's. I need my new carpet! 3. Hardwood floor - it is extremely high-quality however rate a lot more than laminate. Also if you have children, any toys shedding on the ground will cause damage very conveniently. 4. Laminate – It expenses scale down. Good option of colour and set up are very important considering the fact that it could have simplest 3-5 styles for one color, so that you could have a just right mix'n'match to make it looks nature shouldn't be easy.
thank you! very informative and it gives me better knowledge on the topic
Wood Look Tile Vs Hardwood
Ceramic , even the wood look is the best option for you. How much would resale be if the wood is scratched up by the dog when you do try to sell? I like the wood look in tile plus it is so durable and it will last a lot longer than wood. Any questions you can e mail me through my avatar and check my qualifications there. GL
