Question:

riding a recumbent delta trike in a city like chicago?

I'm considering it for safety reasons. do you think it is safer? i know i won't fall as much, if ever. but what about getting hit by a car. since it is wider, it is easier to get hit by a car. and it is lower too.

Answer:

look at the back of your shampoo. it contains sodium laureth sulphate or something probably. it strips your hair of it's natural oil which can make your hair produce even more oil, making it oily, or in your case make your hair dry. and you also wash your hair often in combination with that. resulting in your dry hair. i would advise that you switch to a shampoo that does not contain that maybe Organix, or try a conditioner wash where you get your conditioner, put some on your fingertips and massage your scalp, thats what i do and it makes it clean. also try olive oil as a moiturizer. depending on your hair type, either put it in and leave it for at least 30 min then rinse, or just put it in and leave it (thats what i do, but i'm black so it may be different for you) good luck!
u can use oil regularly. if with coconut oil u mix herbal vatika hair oil, it will improve condition of yr hair. dont use hair dryer or hair spray for some time, which may damage/ removes moisture from yr hairs. continuous process of applying oil every night with massage will change the condition of yr hairs. try it. use scarf if going out in dusty environment.
I personally would not use a movie for scare tactics. I also would allow my 12 year old to walk to the park alone, or to the store (assuming the store isn't miles away). eta - Oh and Megan Is Missing isn't about the dangers of walking to the park or the mall. It's about not giving people online your personal information or meeting up with them without an adult (or at all). That's a lesson we started teaching our kids years before they turned 12.
i have the same problem but mine is due to straightening my hair everyday for the past few years. i find that using a deep conditioning treatment about once every few weeks works really well. leave on overnight and then wash off in the morning.
