Hey guys. I am trying to find a good website or place in the SF Bay area in California to purchase a rose quartz sphere or cluster. I am looking for genuine natural rose quartz that have not been tampered with or is factory made. If you have any places that you can suggest, that would be great. If you have tips on how to buy and look for perfect graded rose quartz with no clearity issues, that would be well appreciated!
Corian is much easier to take care of- simple scratches can be filed away. Corian is under warranty and granite has none - sometimes granite breaks. As for cost when I got estimates they were close- Installed with tile backsplashes, about $35 sq ft. I got Corian on the main counter (molded in sink, and the secondary counter accross the room). I did granite on the island 6ft long and 36 inches wide. Ona small counter- 12 inches wide I put a stainless steel piece. perfect next to the range. All are beautiful, wear well, the granite shines.

your friend is out her mind granite is the best you can melt corian and quartz they both stain and scuff and corian is the worst of then they don't just chip the chip becomes and gash then a crack then a whole with cracks quartz chips all the time they are just not for kitchens drop a glass on corian and quartz the glass breaks and the counter chips and flakes and looks bad plus the glass breaks drop a glass on granite the glass breaks and that's it as long as you use the products to clean and maintain your granite counter top it will last and look great sure you might get a chip here or there but it will still look good you can clean and maintain a corian or quartz counter top all you want it will still fade in spots and have scuff marks all over and look like crap if you want to go with corian or quartz you might want just go with formica it looks better and last long and is fix able.
