I would think that it depends on how close the sculpture is to the house and if it is the tallest item in the area. If it's close to the house, any lighting would most likely hit the ligtning rod before hitting the sculpture. If it's further from the house but there are trees around, it may be ok as the lightning would hit the trees first. It also may depend on the type of metal it is, as some are more conductive than others, which may lead them to be more susceptible to lightning. I would say it's fine, though. If it was made to be outside, it shouldn't be a lightning hazard.
Spot reduction, which is losing weight in one part of your body, isnt possible. Your body chooses where to store fat, and where to lose fat. According to what you said, it seems like your thigs will be one of the last places your body decides to lose fat. Just keep trying! Your workout regiment sounds SUPER good. Squats and lunges with weights should help tone your thighs by adding muscle

generally NO. I go to fire alarms all the time. We reset the pull station, check to make sure there isn't a fire, if there isn't, we reset the system and go about our way. The business does start to get fined if we go to too many false alarms, so at that point the business may ask police to come in and try for prints. They may also dust for prints if it is in a school or nursing home, or something like that where it could put people in danger.
