Addy ore at the Al Kharid mine also iron. There is also both at the Dwarven mine in Falador.
Well if you are risking to go up in the wild (lvl 28-31) at the hobgoblins (located southeast of the moss giants) there is around 12 adament rocks that you can mine. I suggest to bring teleport runes so if you get attacked all you need to do is run to lvl 20 and teleport. However, if you are not a fan of the wilderness your best bet is in Al Karid which there is only 2 mining spots.
for non member dwarf mine there addy ore and iron go to flidor then go west and there stars heading down there u should find rocks with ores go strait untill u see like 5 rocks of iron and next to them mith rock and gust left are addy hidding near some curcular looking wall
