What I find interesting is that almost every time someone posts a question about needing to break their lease, they first state that something came up they need to leave, getting married, or husband relocated, or need to move back home, etc. And THEN (like yourself) they start listing all the reasons to justify getting out of it early. Anyway . . . if you have documented all of your requests they did nothing about it then you need to call their corporate office. Saying they have a coffee shop when they don't isn't exactly major and you said the roaches are gone. The mice thing is a little disgusting but like I said you need to complain to corporate that they haven't helped you. You can't just up one day tell them you're over it leave if they really didn't know you were having issues with SO many things to begin with. Did you ever point out the elevator issue?
