My 2003 Saturn VUE automatic transmission is shot.The car is two wheel drive.What is the going price for a new or rebuit transmission?
I've successfully rooted them in clear containers of water. When the roots start to form they'll look like barnacles.
I don't know if this helps or not but, I have a friend who used to own a Vue. He had about 110,000 miles on it when the transmission started giving him trouble. He took it to the Saturn dealer and they replaced it for free. They claimed his problem was unique and that Saturn had a program in place to 'warranty' unusual defects regardless of mileage. He was the original owner of the car so, that may have something to do with it. It might be worth your time to check with the dealer.
