Can you boil water in a baloon before it bursts? (Use a lighter to heat a mostly empty water balloon)
A heat exchanger can transfer heat energy from water in one insulated compartment into water in another compartment. This results in cold water in the first compartment, and hot water in the second. So we could have cool drinks or hot tea or coffee. (Voltas water coolers/heaters).
