Everytime i press a key in my keyboard it acts as keyboard shortcut. Also my mouse opens the properties when i double click the folder.
check that stickykeys and all other stuff are disabled in mouse properties in control panel, check that there is nothing physically wrong with your keyboard. if this didnt work then unplug the computer from power and all other stuff connected and leave it for a few houres. if you still have no sol. then try another keyboard and mouse and see if they work.
It seems that one of your Alt-key is stucked or pressed permanently. Or your StickyKeys is enabled and Alt key is locked. You can check your StickyKeys settings on Control PanelAccessibility OptionsKeyboard Tab. Simply Disable StickyKeys if it is turned on.
