Question:

Shin conditioning - tapping with baseball bat or cut fire hose filled with sand?

What do you think? How long would it take for me to do this so I can check kicks in MT class? My shins are hurting for a month now due to excessive kicks in MT and it seems the bones are not healing fast, I think I need to tap them with something to condition them?

Answer:

go get some. if not crimp it. or use socks to get an on curl
If your ears hurt then it means that it is bad for you.Go complain and see a doctor. If it has done really bad damages sue them.
Steve thinks it's a reset button - and it may be just that. But the color red suggests to me that it is an emergency shut down button. Red usually indicates an emergency switch. Be it a button or a toggle switch. Best of luck with your project. '')
OK, heres what you need to do. It should be a little wet at first Take sections of hair (smaller is better for tight curls) Then tie each with a piece of string or rag. 30cm long about leaving enough lengths to tie around the hair still So you should have a whole heap of little pony tails.. Then take each pony tail section. and whilst holding up the two lengths of rag or string .. weave the hair in and out like a figure 8.. till you reach the end. tie up the rag/string then let it wind into a little bun if done tightly enough and secure to the head with the rest of the string or another rubber band etc When held like this for a few hours or overnight. it should come out in lots of little curls. Then just style as desired (but dont brush too much use your fingers or it will go all fluffy) Good luck!
