I don't know if I should because I am worried my house is going to catch on fire. And, it i cold outside. So, if I had to run outside then I would be freezing. But, I am sick and think I would sleep better in the nude.
My opinion is that you should move. Live somewhere better.
Generally, you can't. They will have people raoming around to catch people doing what you want to do. Any filming will be officially done by cameramen arranged for by the artist. You paid to watch one performance. If it comes out on DVD or is available for download for a fee then they want you to buy one of those products. Thus, along with your concert ticket, you will have contributed to two revenue streams for the artist.
Makes you respect the players a bit more, huh?
