Now hear me out on thisThe shoulder pads are made of a hard plastic. When the ball hits above the breadbasket its easy to bounce right off. So, if there was a 1/4 inch thick piece of rubber it would help deaden the ball when it hits. It's especially advantageous when the quarterback rifles a pass from point blank distance.Every week a receiver has a ball bounce off the front of his shoulder pads.Any thoughts?
i could swear that you past jobs arent aloud to say what happend just confirm that you worked there can they really fire you for not getting along with someone? cuz i would have been fired alot by now. lets just say ive worked with nearly 100 people in the past 4 years and hated at least half of them.
the rubber tension pinch roller is probably dirty and not holding the tape in tension, try a tape based head cleaner first , try dry and wet , if that fails , remove the cover and clean the rollers either with alcohol or carburetor cleaner on a kitchen towel or Q tip , don't spill any
