i am making a large house on the sims 2 which has a basement 1st floor and second floorI have made an elevator in the base a shaft on the 1st floor and an elevator on the 2nd floorMy sims cannot get off at the 1st floor they just go from the basement to the 2nd floorTo make them stop off at the 1st floor do i have to make the part on the 1st floor an elevator instead of the shaft or what?
how is the insulation in the attic space, most heat loss is usually there, if it is below what it needs to be, that would be first area to doand possibly cheapest going threw holes in the top of your walls is not always effective, any obstruction would leave a large void you could do a layer of styrofoam sheets on the outside , and then put new siding over that,are you planning on re-siding anyways
Yes, you are exactly rightYou need to put the elevator option with the doors on the 1st floorThe only reason why they have the elevator shafts is if you want the elevator to skip a levelBut you just have to make sure you have a seet of doors on every floor you want the elevator to come off of, so just replace it and it should work fine.
