I've become addicted to quiltingYou can make anything from purses to table toppers to wall hangings to lap quilts to full bed quiltsIt all depends on how much time you want to put into itIf you already sew, it will be easy to startA little fabric (100% cotton), some thread, and a book or two to teach you the basicsTake a class, if possibleWatch videos on QNNTV or HGTV's Simply Quilts.
It is not healthy to sleep only 4-6 hours a night You need at least 8 hoursToo little sleep contributes to obesity and metabolic syndrome (type 2 diabetes) and mood disorders, as well as lowering your immune system so that you have a harder time fighting off infection Unless your home is kept at dangerous temperatures, it probably isn't a big deal if you sleep with or without a blanket, but you should use what you know about how your body responds to warmth to manage your sleep habits so that you get a healthy amount of sleep.
