i just moved in to an apartment with my mom.i like to burn insense in my room. i dont want to cause of the smoke detector. how can i turn it off.it also has a sprinkler thing do they detect smoke or what triggers them to spray.
Most fire alarms have 3 wires, a red, a black, a white and sometimes a green which is a ground. In the junction box there should be the same. If not, what did the old alarm have for a hook up? Regards, Dale
I do work from Craig's list all the time. If the job says it will pay $40, then that is all it pays. If I get to the job and find that it will cost me more to do it or I think it should pay more, I call the person and talk to them or walk away. I would send him a check for the $40 and put in the memo Paid in full. if he cashes the check, he agrees to those terms. It is not your fault that he had to go to Lowe's more than the one time.
