well, i have a rack of some pork ribs and i want to smoked them st louis stylei actually want to smoke them using a smokernot in the oven a smokeri need a recipeif you can help please help

3-4 lbs stlouis style ribs garlic salt 1 1/2 cups water 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tablespoon Frank's red hot sauce (adjust for desired level or heat) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1-2 teaspoon celery seeds (be careful, too much can overpower the flavor) 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Preheat oven to 350 degreesCut ribs into serving sizesPlace in greased roasting pan or caserole dish will doSprinkle with garlic salt to tasteBake uncovered for 45 minutes bone side upMix the rest of ingredients in sauce panBring to a boil, stirring occasionallySimmer for 1-2 miutesDrain the grease off the ribsPour sauce over ribsCover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hourUncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs 2-3 times during final stage or try 1 rack of baby-back pork ribs (membrane removed) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper, to taste Mix Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne together in bowlAdd salt and pepper if you wishRub spice mixture onto ribs, both sidesWrap ribs in aluminum foil, using two sheets of foilPlace ribs in fridge for atleast 24 hoursRemove ribs when ready to prepare and place in oven on warm(My oven goes from Warm to 250 degrees, so I say place on warm, if your oven does have tempslower than 250 degrees, I would suggest 200 degrees) Bake ribs on warm for atleast 4 hours, up to 6 hoursRemove ribs, and let them sit in foil, allowing them to cool to almost room tempPlace ribs on hot fire, and baste with your favorite sauceLet ribs cook on grill for approx 15 minutes or until hotRemove ribs and let them rest for approx 10 minutes before serving.
