It has a new radiator new thermostat I think a new hose but keeps on over heating!!! I can't even turn on my AC for 5min till it starts to over heat what can I do to stop it from over heating ill give you 10 points!!!!
Ok check the passengers side floor my xar had tbe same problem it could be your leaking anti freeze from that side so u may need to replace ur heater core or get a new water pump
A vehicle normally over heats when one or more of the following occurs (in no particular order): 1. There is insufficient fluid in the cooling system, or the fans are not working correctly. 2. The water pump drive belt has insufficient tension (loose, slipping or broken). 3. The radiator cap pressure valve is faulty (system not holding pressure). 4. The cooling system has an air lock which causes localised over heating. The cooling system needs to be bled correctly (making sure this is done with the heater set to hot). 5. The cooling system is externally blocked (radiator fins) or internally blocked (clogged water ways, faulty thermostat flow control valve). 6. The cooling system is leaking externally (fluid on the ground). Normally a result of a leaking pipe, connection, faulty radiator cap, or water pump weep hole etc. 7. The cooling system is leaking internally (steam coming out your exhaust pipe when the engine is warm). Normally a result of a failed gasket or cracked head. The AC indirectly affects the cooling system by placing an addition burden on the engine and addition heat mass to dissipate. AC systems nearly always have a dedicated fan for the radiator to assist in cooling. The heater in the car is basically a second radiator (heat exchanger) and will buy you some time before your car over heats. In my experience over heating problems don't get better, if left unchecked they usually result in a critical failure. Can you give me more information on the car type and why the radiator and thermostat was replaced? Let me know how you get on.
hey, did you checked the coolant fluid level? also ac has nothing to do with overheating problems. check the coolant temperature sensor for proper operations, also check underneath of the dash panel inside the vehicle for wet on the carpet if you find this then the problem could be the heater core leaking. also check radiator cells and be sure there is not block by dust or dead insects.
Turn you heater on. It sounds crazy because it is the summer. It actually works. A buddy used to drive around with cold water to prevent his car from over-heating. I'm not sure how safe the second one is but I know turning on the heater will work. It should at least prolong it.
You are all incorrect: U all in no way even suggestion approximately the oil on a bloodless and frezzing morning have you ever. all oil is within the pan and now not within the engine/that's why we've a oil pump to switch oil up and into the engine/ lot of humans listen pronouncing to revvvv engine to get the warmth going quicker is incorrect. permit it idle it self after commencing till bloodless mild is going out or till temp gauge reaches one hundred twenty and activate warmth and force auto after that's the excellent means depart heater off till then will do no well/ besides blow bloodless air.
