Soluble fiber snacks?

I just recently found out that I have a high chance of ibsI heard soluble fiber is better for you and so I picked up some oatmeal, brown rice some other meals but I'm wondering about snacksI'm sensitive to fruits so I'm trying to avoid that any diary productsThanks! :)

there are some high-soluble fiber granola bars out theretry kelloggs brand granola bars or fiber one brand granola bars they taste really good and are high in soluble fiberi too have ibsalso, several fruits such as apples, bananas (depending on whether you have ibs-C or ibs-D, i dont recommend bananas for ibs-C) or try some yogurt with flax or bran (both good soluble fiber sources)
