Firstly, I realize that the 1000 paper crane thing is based on faith and not science. I'm not stupid. Secondly, Do the 1000 cranes have to be in the same place? If I send one of my cranes to a friend across the country, would that no longer count as part of my 1000 cranes?If a crane gets destroyed, must I start over or replace that crane?If anyone has any knowledge or link pertaining to the 1000 paper crane myth, please post it. The myth seems to surround the FOLDING on the 1,000 cranes - it is the sacrifice on the part of the person doing the folding that is the magic not the cranes themselves. See the Wiki......
