am around 6quot;2 and weigh around 204 or somethingEvery night I do some cardio workout from YouTube called M100 or somethingIs there somethig else I could do? I can't run outside and have no gym membershipAlso, my school lunches look very unhealthyWhat would happen if I skipped out on lunch on weekdays? I eat like 200 calories in breatfask and my snacks/dinners probably have lots of caloriesAny other tips to try and loose weight? Please don't offer my any products eitherThank you.

mash the alum cans, sell them at a junk yard, give the paper to the paper co, etc, store them in plastic bins in the garage, or place the bins out side, take the paper off food cans, cut both ends out smash them, but rinse all cans first then they wont smell, plastic can be mashed also,
