I need to lose weightI've put on so much weight over the last 4 yearsI'm actually seriously worried for my health if nothing elseI'm afraid of scales and haven't weighed myself in years but wouldn't be surprised if i was close to 300 poundsI need someone to make an exercise plan for me and a diet that is inexpensive to maintainI have an exercise bike and I have a home gym as well as some small hand weights and an ab rollerI'm only 19 and I'm worried I'm going to dieI can't do it by myselfsomeone who will make a plan for me or even just people who will be kind enough to support me would be fantasticThanks!

We don't know what type of stove you haveI put aluminium drip pans under my gas burners as I was tired of cleaning under thereI have an old style gas stove with a pilot and where it warms the stove surface I put foil over since that area gets dirty quickly and burns on I know you aren't suppose to put foil on the bottom of the oven, but geeez, it sure helps with spill oversI'll probably have to go back to doing that.
