Has anyone here tried putting a Spirit Quartz under their pillow? Aside from other properties, I have read in several texts (online and books) that if you put one or more under your pillow, it can increase and intensify the dream state, etc. I'm sure the quartz need to be cleansed and programmed first.If you have done so or know of anyone who has, what has the experience been? Thanks.
