So it works pretty well and it gives enough so I don't get shin splinters or hurt my knees. The only thing is it's kinda rough so when you lay on it and do whatever it kinda hurts bare skin. You can find it at your local hardware store or flooring companies nearby, it's much cheaper than actual dance floors but not as good so you get what you pay for I guess.
