I plan on keeping this chair in a corner and pulling it out whenever I want to use it, so both of those solutions would make that hard to do. Is there any other way I could stop it from falling?
basically the footing is small, not lending the chair to balance on its own. so increase its footing by attaching each leg to a longer board having the same width as each leg. - think snow skis. you can paint paint the wood to match or accent the chair frame. if you know of a good welder, they could do something similar with the base, but would probably appear seamless.
Your question makes no sense.
