I know that straightening your hair is damaging because of the heat but do ceramic plates help keep your hair moisturized, or keep it from getting extremely damaged or something?
I straighten my hair 6 days a week. I'm very busy i'm a cheerleader a model, I have to look good. Here's how: When i'm setting around the house I put extra moistureizeing lotion in my hair and let it set as long as I can, I just shower it out. Also useing shampoo everytime you shower is a huge no no, I use shampoo about twice a week, I use conditioner every day and sometimes when I shower I use it twice, i've been told I have beautiful healthy hair. If I we're you i'd try doing this for a week and see if you see a diffrence, oh useing a exspensive shampoo conditioner will help out ALOT! (if you don't have alota money use Treseme) Well, Hope I Helped! )
If you can do anything with a 220 pound tire you don't need advise from anyone else.
Here's an idea - sell the tire and use the money to buy a membership to a fitness club.
Yes Ceramic plates, good ones, not cheap knock off ones do protect the integrity of you hair much better than the others.
Ceramic plates more gentle on the hair yes, but it will get damaged regardless of what the quality is. The high priced ones gives more of a reliable result, but a cheap will straighten it just as much to put it that way. My advice is to invest in a good heat protecting spray or lotion.
