Does anyone know of a type of yarn that won't break under stress ?? I weave and when I pull the yarn to make the warp I need to make it tight and most of time the yarn breaks :( Ive tried rug yarn before but it was too weakThank you in advance.
Lining a baking pan with foil won't hurt your oven.
Many weavers use a tightly woven string or yarn for their warp, if they want a taut baseHigh quality handmade yarns, by their nature, will separate if pulled too tightlyUsing a machine made yarn or string made from long staple fiber for your warp, which can be completely covered by the weft, may be your solution.
Yes, you most certainly canYou just can't put it into a microwave.
