It really sounds like you are having panic attacks as well as anxietyTo get rid of the anxiety, try getting up 20 minutes earlier in the morning and writing in a journalI am sure that you wake up worrying each morning and this will help you get all the anxious thoughts out on paper out of your headYou should really notice a difference with just this little exercise.
