Question:

Sun Bathing VS Tanning Bed?

Okay, so what's more dangerous sunbathing or using a tanning bed? And please explain why it is what it is.

Answer:

tanning beds contain fluorescent lightbulbs that emit UV rays and these beds have no natural light and their fluorescent light is constantly hitting your body for predetermined length of time. tanning beds filter the UVB rays causing skin burns meaning that there is a smaller chance of getting burned in a tanning bed than by the sun. tanning bes are usually considered more convenient than sunbathing because you can visit all year round and it saves time. however sunbathing has been proven to help a few diseases such as vitamin D deficiency and SAD which is Seasonal Affective Disorder the sun also helps your mood. but on the flipside sunbathing is more time-consuming then tanning on the bed. when it comes down to it though, both are bad for the skin, really. but if i were to choose, i would say the tanning bed is better
Sunbathing is free. Where I live the tanning salons are full up on Saturday and Sunday and I'm a working girl. Besides I'm a little bit of an exhibitionist. Sunbathing topless on the beach has a certain inherent thrill of doing it and getting away with it.
Sunbathing is free. Whre I live rent consumes enough of my pay that every cent counts. I can control my exposure. If you're a booth for a minute to long you're fried. You stay out in the sun for and extra ten minutes it's no big deal. Part of my process is I can turn off the cell and spend an afternoon reading a book. I also like the adventure, I'm a bit of an exhibirtionist at heart, I like sunbathing topless on beaches. I avoid the tanlines which is the big plus, but the little one is to see if I can get away with it, which I have for three summers now.
