aem, injen, and kn make excellent short air ram and cold air intake systems. with exhausti love the sound of a good tuned mustang. everyone i know uses flowmaster.they all sound the same. try catback exhaust system and use all stainless pipe. will last longer and give a much better sound. with your car being a stang you will aftermarket part aplications are a direct fit. for bhp gains generally with modifeid intake 10 to 20bhp, exhaust for stock can vary to muchfor a stock engine bigger is NOT betteryou will lose too much back pressure on your exhaust valves

go with the the flowmaster super 40 series.not only does it make your car sound like a real mustang it gains close to 10 hp right then and therei have an 04 mustang convertable.removing the backseat doesnt help but if i answered your other question i was just trying to tell you how to do it. it depends on what and how much you wanna spend on it.if it was just a air filter than go with the k and n filter. but i have the k and n cold air intake and it added close to 40 on mine. good luck man
