To get a true punk wardrobe it takes years to perfect. Things you need to do is to stop caring about what you look like to other people and to wear that you want to wear, you'll probably get some criticism about it but its a good thing turn that into resentment and start wearing stuff to piss those people off (if they are good people they wouldn't care what you wore). If you have a goodwill or a thrift store around you those are WONDERFUL places to get the foundation of a good ensemble. get a good thick jacket and anything else you fancy that is in your budget. Then go home and just deck it out with whatever, (its best if you do this over a long period of time, makes it look better) if theres any bands you like make a patch or paint it on with paint, get an old unused stutted belt and use the studs. Also bleach works wonders if you splatter it on old pants! If you want to just want the punk goth look without really being punk go to gross Hot Topic I guess.
