i do the first two all the time but the other too nahh. hmmm i just sit all around on the couch and watch tv or i go out with my friends or sing and dance and scream loud and listen to music
if this is a building alarm, it should be a 12 volt dc battery. it wouild be located in the alarm panel. because of life safety issues have someone certified look at it. the fire alarm key pad should have indicators on the key pad giving you info.
Even hard wired alarms have battery backup and what you hearing is the low battery alarm. Change the 9 volt alkaline battery and you should be fine.
